It was hard for me to make the transition when I was a teenager. You see teenage girls in movies, they're always tall with big breasts and long hair and perfect skin. I weighed 20 pounds more than I do now and I was very insecure and wore nothing but black and all these hats down over my eyes and did nothing but read like a maniac and drink lots of coffee.
Hopefully, the whole point of being in this profession is that you change into anyone you want to be.
As I was being born my father claims that he was playing his fiddle/violin to soothe my mother and when my head came out he says that I looked right into his eyes and that my eyes were the color of electric turquoise and in Persian the word for turquoise is Fairuza, it also means Sacred or Precious one....don't ask me...
