Alyssa Jayne Milano (born December 19, 1972) is currently appears in The WB program Charmed. One day, her babysitter dragged Alyssa along to an open audition for the first national tour of Annie. Alyssa beat out 1,500 other. After 18 months on the road, Alyssa, who had begun to garner a reputation as an energetic and charismatic young actress, left Annie to be featured in off-Broadway productions and television commercials. Then, in 1983 at age 10, she landed her breakthrough role on the new sitcom "Who's the Boss?" (1984) as Tony Danza's saccharine sweet daughter. Milano is also an accomplished singer and recording artist. She has released 5 albums that have all reached sales of over 1 million copies in Japan. In 1989 her image was used to develop the character of Ariel in The Little Mermaid Disney's movie. Milano has been dating Oakland A's pitcher Barry Zito since November of 2004.
