Estella Warren (born December 23, 1978 in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada) is a Canadian fashion model, actress and a syncronized swimmer from the age of 7- 17. She moved away from home at 12 to train for the Canadian National Team. Became the Canadian National Champion for 3 years and represented her country at the world aquatic championship where she was placed 2nd. The opportunity to become a model arose from a talent agent coming to a charity high school fashion show who took her photo and sent it to an agency in NY. Her modeling career developed rapidly and consisted of Sports Illustrated, Vogue, Vanity Fair and 2 Chanel #5 commercials directed by Luc Besson. She then decided to move to LA to pursue an acting career. She had roles in Planet of the Apes (2001) and The Cooler (2003), among others.
